2026 Club Championships Rules and Day one Draw Finalized

Check-In: All players must report to the trophy table 10 minutes before their tee time.
Scoring: One player per group will track scores in Squabbit. All players must also keep their own scorecard, to be attested at the end of the round.
Pace of Play: Maximum 4 hours per round. A 2-stroke penalty may be assessed for slow play.
Music: Permitted only with the agreement of all players in the group and must be kept at a low volume.
Cell Phones: Must be kept on silent.
Ball Identification: Players must identify their ball to the group before the round and whenever changing balls.
Provisional Ball: If a ball may be lost outside a penalty area or out of bounds, a provisional ball should be played to avoid delays.
Stroke Play: No gimmies or picking up. Players must hole out on every hole. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, unless otherwise permitted under the Rules of Golf.
Ball Markers: Must not interfere with ball roll. No poker chips, tees or other large/inappropriate markers.
Flagstick: Once all players are on the green, the flagstick must be removed or attended

Ball must be played as it lies

Standing/temporary water: Free relief within 1 club length, no closer to the hole.
A fairway other than the hole being played is considered rough.
Drainage ditches are in play. If containing water or gravel, take relief within 1 club length from the base of the ditch, no closer to the hole.
Gravel/paved cart paths: Free relief for ball and stance, no closer to the hole.
Lift, Clean & Place: In your own fairway, the ball may be moved 1 scorecard length, no closer to the hole.
Divots: Free relief in your own fairway within 1 scorecard length, no closer to the hole.
Bare/no-grass areas: Considered GUR in your own fairway. Free relief for ball and stance, no closer to the hole.
Standing water: Free relief from the water, but the ball must remain in the bunker. Ball may be placed.
Bunker completely filled with water: Free relief outside the bunker within 1 club length, no closer to the hole. The bunker otherwise remains in play.
These Local Rules apply throughout the 2026 Club Championship Weekend. Where a situation is not covered above, the Rules of Golf apply. If unsure of a ruling, record the circumstances and consult the Tournament Committee.
